Location: Tripoli, North Lebanon

Position: Floor Manager Assistant

Job Summary:

As a Floor Manager Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant. You will assist the Floor Manager in overseeing all aspects of the dining room, from guest service to staff management.

Responsibilities:

Guest Service:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and hospitable atmosphere.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner.
Staff Management:
- Assist in training and developing new staff members.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Ensure that all staff members adhere to restaurant policies and procedures.
Operations:
- Assist in managing seating arrangements and reservations.
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the dining room and restrooms.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Problem-Solving:
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during service, such as complaints or emergencies.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a fine dining restaurant.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
