Job Description

IT Analytics Analyst is responsible for evaluate all business process to identify opportunities for reports improvements and automation, searching for best practices and enhance user-experience through technology creating interactive and dynamic dashboard visualizations.

Key responsibilities:

• Create a roadmap of dashboards, validate with all stakeholders and execute accordantly.
• Work as a IT business partner to support business leverage analytics technology across the region as competitive advantage.
• Generate solutions able to provide immediate insight by transforming data into visually engaging, interactive views in dashboards.
• Design data visualization platform to simplify data analysis and removes unnecessary complications, focuses on what matters most – finding the real value in your data.
• Perform the interface of IT with its internal and external customers, identifying and proposing improvements in their work processes in a proactive way, enabling the continuity of operations, faster decisions and reducing efforts to provide information.
• Embrace the analytics journey in BRF.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Analytics, Data or Computer Science or similar fields.
• Power BI certifications are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
• Portuguese/Arabic speaker will be a plus.
• 4 years of experience in the BI & Analytics domain, minimum 3 years developing and building visualizations using Power BI tools.
• Should be able to define a data model, calculated columns, measures, calculated tables, create and customize visualizations, hierarchies and drill-down in Power BI.
• Should have the knowledge of publishing, sharing and exploring data in Power BI.
• Should be able to customize and design advanced visualizations and optimize dashboards with a focus on usability and performance.
• Should be able to configure and setup gateways, developing, maintaining.
• Should analyze functional/non-functional requirements and seek clarifications for better understanding of requirements.
• Knowledge on database concepts, data modelling, stored procedures, complex query writing, performance optimization.
• Knowledge on Agile and Project Management methodology.
• Knowledge of sales, logistics, finance and production process.
