Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies and plans.
- Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring that posts are timely, relevant, and engaging.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create compelling content for various communication channels such as social media, newsletters, press releases, and websites.
- Monitor and analyze communication activities to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support the coordination of events, conferences, and other communication activities.
- Assist in the production of marketing and communication materials such as brochures and presentations.
- Maintain the organization's website, ensuring that content is up-to-date and relevant.
- Conduct research and analysis to support marketing and communication initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communication team as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
- Experience in a marketing or communication role with a focus on content creation, social media management, and event coordination.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Trilingual: Arabic, French and English
- Strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as required.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
