Tasks and Responsibilities
Human Resources
Non-Regular Staff:
- Contact candidates for interviews;
- Book interviews;
- Ensure non-regular staff submission of all needed documents;
- Conduct reference checks for non-regular staff;
- Compile data in an organized database to share with HR Officer;
- Prepare contracts for non-regular staff;
- File non-regular staff documents
Regular Staff:
- Conduct reference checks;
- Prepare contracts;
- Support in reviewing recruitment documents;
- Check document submission and file documents once completed;
- Check on and ensure that Insurance Claims documents are collected properly;
- Scan and file Insurance documents claims;
- Support with other day to day duties.
Administration:
- Assist with the inventory of office supplies and stationery
- Assist with all maintenance transactions inside the office
- Assist with managing the cleaner(s)
- Assist with any occurring day to day tasks.
Qualifications:
- University Degree – Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field: preferably in Human Resources Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
