Main responsibilities:
Closely supervise and audit the recruitment process from identifying recruitment needs till the hire date which should be conducted effectively and in compliance with MdM’s policies. Act as the liaison between MdM and the applicants while ensuring an effective flow of information
Main activities:
National Human Resources management:
- Circulating MdM job advertisements through local media and other NGO’s after validation of the Human Resources Advisor.
- Shortlist the Cv’s and share them with the Hr Advisor and the concerned department.
- Manage activities concerning recruitment.
- support in selection of candidates.
- conduct and participat in the interviews, induction, administrative briefing, trainings…).
- Manage all reference check for all new joiners before sending the Job Offer.
- Coordinate with the line Managers to choose the right candidate for the position.
- Prepare and send the Job Offer to the selected candidate.
- Follow up and make sure all needed documents are provided on the start date.
- Prepare the induction schedule with all the departments for the new joiner.
- Make sure that all recruitment files for each position are up to date.
- Coordinate with the universities.
- Prepare and share the recruitment follow up table and share it with the coordinators after the validation of the HR Advisor.
- Closely supervise the Orientation and the Onboarding process for new joiners (direct and indirect staff) to ensure that the process is well-organized and prepared for by all departments involved;
- ensure system set-up for all new joiners before hire and during the first weeks of employment.
- Ensure that the recruitment process meets MdM standards and requirements.
- Manage the screening process of the new joiners with the HQ.
- Ensure archiving and monitoring of individual files and deliver all documents relative to the professional file.
- Following up national staff HR’s administrative issues like preparing contracts.
- Send progress report to the HR advisor every Monday and Friday.
- Follow up on the probation period evaluation with the line Manager.
- Follow up with the Outreach Supervisors, regarding everything related to the COV’s.
Coordination:
- Facilitate the exchange of information and ensure smooth communication process between the different departments (support services / operations) and with other NGO’s
- Assist in the elaboration of internal communication materials
Other:
- Translate verbally and in writing when necessary.
- Perform any other additional duty on request of his/her supervisor.
- Respect MdM principles/values and do not accept gifts in form of financial or any other compensation (ex: items/materials, food, drinks) from suppliers, traders, contractors, patients/ caregivers.
- Assist with preparation of meeting.
- Report Minutes of Meeting when attending any meeting.
This job description can be modified at any time according to changes in MdM activities or in the context with prior notice and agreement between the two parties. On demand of the direct supervisor, other tasks might be added to that present list.

Requested Competence/Skills/Profile
- University degree (BA) in human resources, finance, economics, business and administration or other relevant field. Master will be valued.
- 1 to 2 years of experience minimum in accounting, financial and human resources/administration experience.
- Experience in NGO will be valued.
- Good computer skills on MS Office programs, especially in MS Excel.
- Rigor.
- Ability to act as part of a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload, using initiative when appropriate.
- Ability to cope with stress; work under pressure often to strict deadlines.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and patience.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient spoken and written English and Arabic.
