The Centre’s Manager will:

• Supervise the implementations of the programs activities within the centre;
• Coordinate closely with the area manager and the program manager to brief on the centre’s activities;
• Identify and propose partnership opportunities and innovative ideas to respond to community’s needs;
• Supervise and control the accounting and administrative work with the administrative officer

The outputs and deliverables are the following:

• Submit reports on weekly basis on the development and implementation of the activities.
• To provide and/or create tools and templates that aid the center’s team in the implementation of the activities.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Social Work or any related field;
• At least 3 to 5 years of expertise in the community and social work;
• Excellent written English and Arabic, French is an asset;
• Good interpersonal skills, influencing skills and cross-cultural sensitivity;
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Strong networking and coordination skills,
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills,
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Supervision

The Center’s Manager will work under the supervision of the area manager and coordinate directly with the field coordinator and program manager.

Working hours

The Center’s Manager will work five days a week, 8 hours per day.
