Provide technical support to operational computer systems.

Undertake systems analysis and/or systems design and more complex programming tasks.

Liaise with staff and provide advice and support.

Manage information security.

Performing setup, enhancement, and maintenance tasks.

Manage Databases.

Ensure that all information systems are functional.

Provides IT support, training, and orientation for new technology users.

Offers troubleshooting, support, and repair when IT equipment or networks malfunction.

Provides phone, live chat, or in-person support, depending on the organization’s scope.

Asks directed questions regarding equipment and networks to assess IT issues.

Documents daily tasks, training, and support sessions to inform the department and organization better regarding IT support needs.

Maintains records of hardware and software inventory.
