وظيفة: Training Coordinator – منسق التدريب للعمل مع Shareq

Responsibilities:

• Screen and interview potential candidates for the training program.
• Coordinate and implement the training program for persons with disabilities and/or financial challenges following ProAbled Academy curriculums.
• Coordinate with expert trainers in each field for providing training sessions.
• Conduct evaluation reports.
• Coordinate with candidates and provide motivation and follow up during the training.

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience in working with persons with disabilities or people with financial challenges is a plus.
• Experience in NGOs is a plus.
• Good in written and spoken English and Arabic.
