وظيفة: Research Consultant – مستشار بحث للعمل مع Fe-Male

Deliverables 

• A research plan detailing tasks, timelines and roles, to be revised by Fe-Male;
• Desk research on relevant organizations and groups;
• Consultation meetings with civil society stakeholders in the region;
• Collecting and compiling data;
• A bi-monthly progress report;
• A draft mapping report to be revised by Fe-Male including: Name of group/ organization, country of operation, date of establishment, leadership, target groups, contact person and details, mission, activities and services;
• A final report in English incorporating Fe-Male’s comments.

Deadlines

• Deadline for signing the contract:  February 20 th, 2023
• Deadline for finalizing Consultancy plan:  1 st Of March 2023
• Deadline for the 1 st draft of the mapping: May 20 th 2023
• Deadline for the final mapping report: End of June 2023

Logistical Support

The consultant will be responsible for the logistical planning, including transportation to the field, communication and internet fees, and recruiting field researchers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A degree in research or relevant major, Masters is a plus;
• Proven experience working in the field of women rights, gender and feminist activism;
• Experience in the field of data collection, mapping and research and familiar with working with non-profit organizations;
• Has good connections with several feminist initiatives, activists and organizations in the region, in addition to international organizations;
• Proven ability to collaborate well and deliver work in a timely manner.
