Under the overall supervision of Chief of Mission and direct supervision of Resource Management Officer, direct technical guidance of the Regional ITC Officer and coordination with ITC-SC, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting on the maintenance, support and implementation of the ITC Infrastructure for IOM Lebanon Office.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Provide onsite end-user support for IOM staff and remote support for sub offices.
2. Assist in supporting in the overall maintenance of present and upcoming ITC equipment, as well as Local Area Networks (LAN).
3. Install, configure and upgrade hardware and software for desktops and laptops (Windows, MS Office, Antivirus and in house produced software) and other network components.
4. Virus detection, Malware/Spyware, removal and prevention for all systems. This will involve downloading the latest Anti-Virus signatures for Data Protection.
5. Assist in delivering technical expertise in Windows Server 2008R2, DHCP, Active Directory, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installing.
6. Replacing other ICT assistant of IOM Lebanon during his/her absence
7. Inventory update, and ensure that all IT equipment inventory is up to date & shared with Logistic on regular basis for Mission's and working properly.
8. Support access control management; cards registration, deletion and logs reporting.
9. Teleradiology and PACS Systems Support.
10. Any other duties as may be assigned.
